fruit balls

8 dates (pitted)
3 dried pineapple rings
3 spears of dried papaya
4 dried mangoes
2 handfuls of macadamia nuts
2 handfuls of brazil nuts

pulse/blend in food processor until dough starts to form balls. roll into bite-sized balls and roll in coconut.
